How to Join 440

Venturing is open to youths 14 years of age to 20 years of age.

To join Crew 440 - you can apply online at https://my.scouting.org/VES/OnlineReg/1.0.0/?tu=UF-MB-615cab0440 

Youth 14-17 years old may also apply completing a paper copy and turning in at a meeting https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/524-406.pdf .

If you are 18-20 years old, you would click on the adult tab for the online application.  You will also need to complete youth protection training.

COST:

The cost to join scouting is $85/year for youth and $65/year for adults.  The entire fee goes directly to National costs.  Zero dollars of the $85 or $65 stays with the local unit Venturing Crew 440.  

The Crew also has a $30 joining fee to help with advancement costs, music, equipment, and other administrative costs.
